Both our Moto and theirs, when Timco Construction and adaptt formed a strategic partnership in 2018, both firms relocated to a shared space. Our new office expanded Timco’s previous space by 8,000 SF almost tripling the size. The new space was designed to showcase the high-quality craftsmanship Timco Construction provides clients, while also serving as our Experience Center. Want to see it for yourself? Come on in!
Dream it.
The goal was to create a co-branded office that would serve as a place for connection, collaboration, inspiration and team building. A dynamic design for the space was key. It needed to demonstrate the endless possibilities of what clients can create with DIRTT, while also meeting the needs of the Timco and adaptt staff. The result is a completely customized, high-end environment.

Spaces: Spaces include seven private offices, five breakout rooms, an expansive kitchen and break area, a back-of-house storage and maintenance space, a half basketball court, healthcare mock-up space and a free-standing and completely modular nine-foot tall glass and frame structure that houses the printer and other administrative tools.
